Massive disappointment
Very little
Absolutely no reception. taxi driver called cleaning lady who called another person who then told me to give cleaning lady my passports to be photographed and full payment in cash. Booking.com description the most inaccurate I have ever seen. Bungalows in a tropical garden are derelict.

Best place I'd like to know by myself
This resort was really good. Everything is great: a clean and beautiful swimming pool, a delicious breakfast, a location close to Kata beach. Also, when I opened my door, I could see the streets of Kata, which made me feel crowded and excited. The best thing about Dome Resort was that Nai was a manager. Nai was the kindest person I've ever met in Thailand. He fixed the smelly refrigerator right away and greeted me brightly whenever I came and went. I stayed here for four days with my boyfriend, and felt like staying at a clean and comfortable friend's house. If I come to Phuket again next time, I want to stay here again. Thank you Nai.

Low cost, VERY basic accommodation.
Excellent location. Good market accross the street and very close to Kata beach. Air con worked well. Nice pool.
Needed to change the sheets when we checked in. They were stained yellow on both beds. Our friends bed had lizard poop inside the sheets. Our toilet flushed very inconsistently for our entire stay. Management would not rebate any money for our friends given Their terrible check in. Day clerk was useless but liked watching Netflix. Door lock could be opened by a child. Large gaps in the door would easily allow critters and lizards in. Never did meet a manager, just talked to her over the phone. Evening clerk and evening housekeeper were good.
